I’m still thinking up ways of using the Linda McCartney Fish Free Prawns and so last night, as a starter, we made a prawn cocktail (I put the prawns in the microwave for 90 seconds and The Meat Eater did the rest).
I used this Classic Prawn Cocktail recipe from the BBC Good Food website, although I left out the Worcestershire Sauce as I couldn’t find my vegetarian one in the cupboard.
I’ve got a prawn laksa recipe to post soon. I’ll be turning into a (fish free) prawn at this rate.
