I’ve got a friend who doesn’t like mashed potato. So it’s just as well I didn’t invite him round for dinner as he’d have refused to eat it and I’d have had to throw him out for being a bad guest.
The Meat Eater and I do, however, like mashed potato (because, let’s face it, if you don’t like mashed potato then you’re a weirdo) and this Quorn Cottage Pie was quick and easy to make.
Think yourselves lucky the picture was taken before I poured lumpy gravy over it. Does anyone else have trouble making lump-free Bisto?
