Method
- Mix together the yoghurt, curry powder and mango chutney in a large bowl.
- Add the grains and mix them into the yoghurt mixture.
- Stir in the red onion and courgette.
- Stir in the Quorn Roasted Sliced Fillets.
- Sprinkle the almond flakes on top.
Notes
What pre-cooked grains you use is up to you - there's plenty to choose from in the supermarket including rice, couscous, lentils, etc., which you can buy plain or flavoured.
