Seitan Piccata


I’d printed this seitan piccata recipe from the Post Punk Kitchen website a while back and finally got round to making it. I’d run out of capers and didn’t use any wine as wine belongs in a glass, not a saucepan, and although it didn’t look like any other piccata sauces I looked at on the internet, it tasted great and went well with mashed potato and spring greens.
