Vegan Parsley Sauce

  • 1 tbsp vegan spread
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • black pepper
  1. Melt the spread in a saucepan
  2. Add the flour and stir together thoroughly
  3. Add the almond milk and keep stirring until the sauce comes to a boil, thickens and there are no lumps
  4. Add the parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper and stir in thoroughly
