Vegan Parsley Sauce

- 1 tbsp vegan spread
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- black pepper
- Melt the spread in a saucepan
- Add the flour and stir together thoroughly
- Add the almond milk and keep stirring until the sauce comes to a boil, thickens and there are no lumps
- Add the parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper and stir in thoroughly
