Vegan Fish Finger Pie

Ingredients
  • 5 vegan fishless fingers
  • 85g frozen peas
  • 350g potato
Instructions
  1. Cook the fishless fingers according to the instructions on the packet
  2. Meanwhile, make the mashed potato as you usually would
  3. Boil the peas according to the instructions on the packet
  4. Lay the cooked fishless fingers in the bottom of a 8" x 6" pie tin
  5. Pour the peas evenly on top of the fishless fingers
  6. Fork over the mash
  7. Bake in the oven at 180C for about 15 minutes
  8. While the pie is cooking, make the parsley sauce (recipe below)
