  • 1 pack naked Tofoo tofu, sliced into 12 slices
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  1. Mix the miso paste, lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar thoroughly
  2. Spread on to both sides of the Tofoo
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and bake at 180C for about 30 minutes
