  • 175g silken tofu (1/2 a standard 349g carton)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
  2. Check the seasoning and add more salt if required
