Green Lentil and Chilli Hummus

- 1 390g tin green lentils, drained
- ½ cup (150g) tahini
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 whole dried chilli
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until everything's combined
- Add the olive oil and process until smooth
