  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup dates
  • ½ cup sultanas
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Can be eaten immediately but will firm up if left in the fridge
