Recipe: Oat, Date and Sultana Energy Balls

Serves: 10 balls
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup dates
- ½ cup sultanas
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined
- Roll into balls
- Can be eaten immediately but will firm up if left in the fridge
