We&#039;re so pleased you like Righteous Salad Dressings!

You know, I&#039;m one to watch calories myself.  But one thing I learned while we were developing these dressings is that the &#039;low fat&#039; varieties are made of 50%-80% water! (Just check the ingredient list - if water comes in first, it means it is the biggest component of the dressing!)  So while calorie levels seem impressively low, you end up using much more to make your salad taste the way you want it to.

I&#039;m happy to say our dressings do not use water as a main ingredient, or any other cheap extender - which is why they are bursting with flavour!  So you don&#039;t need a lot to dress a salad :)
